Terms of Business 

All trainers operate to the following terms and conditions for business courses:

• An initial course schedule will be agreed at the start of the training
• If the client wishes to cancel a scheduled session, they should contact the trainer by e-mail or SMS as soon as possible. If this is less than 24 hours in advance, remaining hours may be reduced accordingly
• Full invoiced amount, including TVA where applicable, to be paid within 30 days of dated and signed agreement
• All training to be scheduled and delivered within six months of the agreement date
• In the unlikely event that there is a problem meeting the trainees' needs, fees for unused lessons are fully refundable provided the client has given us the opportunity to resolve the issue
• The client to provide a suitable training space with access to electricity plus a flipchart or whiteboard
• Final assessments and report will be based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (seewww.coe.int/t/dg4/linguistic/ for more details)
